We believe an uncompetitive housebuilding sector hurts everyone, from consumers to the wider economy.

Having spent years working at a major national PLC, our founder knows exactly how volume builders leverage their size to secure discounted framework agreements and prioritized material deliveries. After moving to a private lender and developer, establishing supply chains for regional SME partners, it became clear how fragmented spending and a lack of centralized procurement support leaves smaller builders paying a premium.
